LSR Advisors, a leadership consulting firm, was founded by Leslie Rolison to help high potential, motivated leaders achieve success. She is an action and performance- oriented coach, who imparts her experiences as a senior executive, trusted advisor and HR leader to support her clients on their journey from where they are to where they want to be. Specifically, she works with individuals, teams and organizations to clarify objectives, increase perspective, and acquire new practices to accelerate progress.

Leslie brings to her clients over 20 years of senior leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies as a Head of Human Resources then Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing multiple functions and serving on the executive management team. She has been coaching business professionals since 2002, in both an internal and external capacity.

Most recently Leslie was Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Jennison Associates LLC a $170B asset management firm (and wholly owned subsidiary of Prudential Financial). Prior to that she was a senior leader at Morgan Stanley and Citibank in their global investment banking divisions and has provided coaching and external consulting services to firms such as JP Morgan, Prudential, Bank of America, and Citibank.

Leslie earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rochester and has completed various leadership development and executive coaching programs, including a certification in Brain-based coaching from the Neuro-leadership Institute (NLI).
