I spent most of my career in large corporate environments, leading human capital functions and advising leaders on how to bring out the best in their people. A company’s success is driven by the engagement, growth, and performance of its employees—leaders have the unique opportunity to inspire that.
Developing leaders became my passion. Seeing them tap into their potential, empower others, and drive meaningful results was incredibly rewarding. I realized that my strengths—business acumen, perception, empathy, and a results-driven mindset—were not just assets, but essential to the work that fulfilled me most. While I was proud of my professional success, I knew I wanted something more.
Let’s fast forward to where I am now. With the support of an amazing coach and deep reflection, I took the leap. I left my corporate role to pursue work that aligned with my values and sense of purpose. I became an executive coach, dedicated to helping leaders find meaning and thrive in ways that truly align with who they are.
My coaching process helps leaders cultivate self-awareness, reflect on their beliefs and behaviors, and gain clarity on what matters most. This empowers them to move forward with confidence and authenticity.
